I have been in a relationship for 6ish yrs, a 2yr old child, and feel self and child have been abandoned for quite some time. does my state have any laws for this matter? Also, if other party states we are broke up, is still residing in my home (in own room), and still expects me to be his nursemaid....while having another female for sexual gratification on the side........could their be consequences for her breaking up our home

No, the state is NOT concerned with the sexual mores and habits of its married and unmarried citizens.

All you could get, assuming a paternity test proves dude to be your baby's daddy is child support.

If you want him out of your home, ask him to leave.

He'll say, no way, I like it here.

Then you'll have to file an eviction action to have a judge boot him and his sweet, young, naughty, sexy, pretty honey out!
