i made a complaint to the department of labor they called my employer and told them they would be there on monday some how the companany got intill friday to cook their books and stuff like make out time cards well any way everb sence they got that call they have stated to other employees that they know it was me for the fact we have a pay issue going on well anyway they are telling the other employees that by the time they are done with me that i will be picking glass out of concrete,and i dont value my job also telling ppl thay they might not beable to pay on friday because of me having the labor board there its really cold there and its august if you know whta i mean what should i do d.o.l has not showed up yet

If you fail to show up or show up late you play into their hands. You would be giving them just cause to terminate you
