DIVORCE question

My wife & I have been seperated since May, 2003 to be honest we were married less than a month no kids, no property, we hardly ever lived together. I come to find out she is going through a sex change. Do we still need to get a divorce and is she still entitled to alimony from me.

You still are legally married so yes you need to file for divorce if you havent already. If you seperated after only a month it is very unlikely she will get alimony but you are still married, so you need to see about a divorce asap/
