Can I file for divorce and keep it a secret until I get him out or me out?
This would help them take me seriously. I definitely want a divorce.
If I am legally divorced this will help expedite me getting social services help and housing. I am on a ton of disabled lists now in 6 different towns.
This way they will take me serious and know I want out.
But I am scared of him getting the papers and freaking out on me while he is still living here. His worse abuse came during times when he figured out I wanted relationship to end.
