Okay, looks like divorce is iminent and I have a question about Colorado Law and property inheritance. My husband and I have been married for almost 22 years, he has inherited the family farm from his grandfather 5 years ago. My name was never put on the title, but we have had a joint Farm Loan/Operating Note to operate this farm and live in a home on the property for the last 21 years. Do I have any claim to the farm property?
