i wish to present here the case of my friend who was married to a german citizen. now after two years of his marriage, he wishes to annul his marriage but his wife is not willing to sign the papers.the marriage was registered under the german state law and it is governed by papal policy. is there any such rule that states that they have to stay together for five years at least?? what are the possible options ??
