Hello, I am divorcing my wife of 10 months. In May my mother passed away. She had a Will and I will inherit money once her home sells. Will my wife be entitled to any of it?

You live in a community property state but generally an inheritance is considered separate property. She may get something due to your Mother's death if she is named in the will.
