I live in MN. and have been seperated for 3 yrs. and want a divorce and full custody of my kids. They currently live with me and their mom hasn't seen them in over a year. I'm not sure where she is at. Somewhere in SC?? IWe have no assets to spilt, just the kids. I want the absolute quickest way possible to get start a divorce so I can start collecting child support for my family, but don't know where to begin. I want this done before my wife attempts to try to get the kids back which could be any day. Also want total physical and legal custody. Can anyone PLEASE help me?????!!!!!
