My Boyfriend is getting divorced in PA. He has just moved out of the martial home. He has
been married for 5 years. He owns his own business (construction). I believe it is an
LLC. He has had this company for approx. 25-30 years. There are no children to the marriage. His wife knows about our relationship. He is afraid he will lose his business
in the divorce because of our affair.
I have read on the internet under PA divorce laws that he will get to keep his business
due to the fact he had it before they were married. Any truth to that? As to the house, they just bought it 9 months ago. It's in both their names. He wants to let her have
the house if she leaves business alone.
Does anyone know what spousal support is like in PA? Will it be high because of the
adultry? I don't believe he'll have to pay it for a long period of time. They were only
