on feb 8, 2008, I was fired from a job as a supervisor for standing up against profanity and sexual conversations in the work place by following the SOP of the office. Worked at a major airport in a control tower with two other companies. To protect my employees from continuous blatant profanity and sexual conversations i spoke and in writing to the supervisors of the other companies and the problem. The supervisor from one of the other companies that initiated my firing, actually filed a sexual discrimination against a fellow employee in the spring of 2005 and won. Does anybody see a double standard here! Have I waited too long, have the statue of limitations run out!
