dire need of help

my husband has my 3 younger kids and i want them back the youngest one was with me in my own home now he has her to and i want them can i by law go in and just take them as there is NO papers on visitation or anything no divorce filings nothing at all so can i go get them and just leave

need this answer fast as for i am planing a trip to go get them

That could get ugly and violent. You both have equal rights to the children and your going to take them will cause a scene the children should not see. Instead go to court and get a custody order
