Desperate situation help needed!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have a friend who was married to his cousine 4yrs bak last year he came to usa in december 2003 but after 2 months he developed some differences with his wife and they got seperated and after wards he was forced to sign the papers for annulment . so he had to do it cause they were holding his green card . now he is concerned that what affect this thing will have on his status as a resident in usa . he is a poor guy and can't afford to hire a attorney . so i thought i should post his problem here . . i mean is there a possiblty that he will loose his green card because of this annulment .may be somebody will be able tell us what future holds for him
