Can I file charges against my 16 year old's boyfriend mother for allowing her to have sex with her 17 year old boyfriend at her house and wanting to take her to get the morning after pill without my consent?
You can't file charges, but you can report it to police. I don't think they will do much, but you'll at least have a report. Also, you may be able to get a restraining order against her.
If the other mom allowed them to have sex, why didn't she provide condoms instead of trying to get the morning after pill? Is it possible that the mom didn't know about it until afterwards?
Sex between a 16 and 17 yr old is not illegal. Very poor judgement on that woman's part but not sure the police will do anything since no crime occured. You can definitely keep your daughter from seeing this boy. Unless the morning after pill was given again probably no crime. Time to get your daughter on some birth control. She will have sex and maybe get pregnant and thee may not be much you can do stop it or to keep her from seeing him.

Because the morning after pill is simply a stronger form of oral contraceptives, it is unlikely that the mother "allowed" her son to have sex with your daughter. As previously stated if she allowed this (and is concerned as she appears to be regarding a pregnancy) she would likely have provided condoms before the event.
