Currently going thru bitter battle, I have residental custody. Ex lives over 1/2 hr away. He now wants 50% custody and to pay no child support.
He makes at least 15m more than me currently on the books and makes at least 35m more off the books. have proof that he has work off the books. What is realistic. Its been 4 years since he has really had an interest. His work schedule is not a 9 - 5 job. and cant accomodate school times for the most part. I dont see how that would be in the best interest of the child. He should at least try to make more visitations with the child, Last month he only saw him 4 times. by his own doing. If he only saw him 4 times, how can he take him 15 days ??????
