I think OP is trying to disestablish paternity due to donor sperm. Pretty nasty thing to do.

I don't see how a court can order the boy's putative father to take a DNA test.


But, if you asked him to take such a test, he probably would do so.


But, how does that help you or the boy?

You'll destroy your marriage and your son will probably hate you forever!!!
