cps drug tests, classes want to as well

my friend has a cps case, and is complying with all requests, which include drug tests and classes. now her classes want to give her a home drug test, but she does not like the idea considering the fact that they have already lied and said she refused the classes, which has been straightened out.she is worried that they might mess it up since they are teachers and not trained professionals, and because they have already messed her case up before, almost causing her to lose her child. does she tell them no, or just do it because it is not cps and they cant take her child anyway.

She can certainly refuse the drug testing. However, there may be consequences for such a refusal.

She might want to speak with an attorney to find out just what the consequences might be if she refuses.

One immediate consequence of refusing a drug test (as suggested in the top post) is that she will discover getting her children returned to her has suddenly become more difficult.

She might want to consider doing the drug test even though it is the classes & not CPS requesting it or at least, as suggested, talk to a lawyer before refusing.
