After our 3rd trip in front of the Referee for Friend of the Court, she is now ordering a Family Assesmnet Evaluation for myself and my ex-wife. I was all for this believing that any professional would be able to see through my ex's charade and expose her for the lying manipulating women she is....until I googled the Psychologists name and found pages upon pages of horrible reviews and articles related to her practices. Narcasitic, biased, in the courts pocket, man hating...were just some of the accusations. Out of 5 sources not a single review that even listed her as competent was found. Now I know that people are more likely to report the bad stuff over the good, however I am extremely concerned that this whole assesment may be biased from the get-go. My ex-wife and I have done all of this court battle this go around pro-per. The lawyer she had originally, was actually one of the lawyers that she (psychologist)works with extensively. If I obtained council would they be able to request that a new psychologist be appointed? Or is that something sa myself going pro-per would be able to request? Note: I have accomplished more this time acting on my behalf than I had ever gotten with aid from council.

Thank you.

Thank you.

You can do many things.

I offer you three to consider.

One, you can file a motion and argue the bias of the current psychologist.
If you do this well, the court will replace the current one.

Two, you can hire a lawyer to attempt the same thing.

Three, IF you can get the old cow to agree to another psychologist, you'll both save some time and get a fair evaluation.
