hi my name is sergio and i was wondering if it is okay for a court order to be changed without me being notified by the other party or the courts prior to it being changed

What state are you in? And what type of CO are you referring to?
 
No, the other party just cannot change a custody order without going through the proper channels. She has to file a motion and have you served.

Unless it was an emergency order. Without the fact of the case it is hard to say for sure.

Personally I don't feel like playing Dentist.:p
 
We need a lot more information but generally changing a court order requires a Motion which must be served upon you, a hearing that you would attend, and then it can be changed. If you were not served and missed the hearing it is possible an ORder issued but you can go back and challenge that order because of failure of service.
