im seporaited buy still maryed. i have a new love in my life.im also going to have my new man's baby.i want to move to (vegas)but im afried that my x mait get costady.but he is very vielent and is on house arrest. he has don drags and has been arrested for it.can he take them away. what can i do.

It would seem that if your husband is on house arrest and has been arrested for drug use amongst the other atrocities you imply, it would seem that you would have a good chance for custody and potentially a move. You have a lot of details that are may need to be answered by a matrimonial lawyer. Anyone else here provide some general info?
