Does an attorney in MI use FOC 87 the same as a person not using an attorney? I have started my case already but would like assistance. Although, I do not have a lot of money. If I already filled out these forms can a lawyer use the same ones to save money? Or do lawyers use there own motions/petition that they create from scratch?
