Company Health Insurance Benefits

Is it legal for a company to pay 100% of one employees health insurance and not pay 100% for others?

It certainly is legal, and its done thousands of times each week across hundreds of thousands employers.
 
It may very well be, but more information would be needed to say if it is definitely legal in your specific situation.
 
How do they determine whose ins. is company paid for 100% & whose isn't? We need more details. Thanks.
