Hi , I am trying to collect child support from my childs father. He lives in a different state than I do. He keeps moving so every time he about to get served he moves again. The Child support have basically put me on the back burner and something needs to be done. My child is now 4 years old and he doesn't send money call or visit.Every time I try to call he he says he'll call me back and talk about it, but he never calls back and something needs to be done he thinks he's scott free of all responsibilities.I want to find out how I can get childs support or have him sign over his rights or both if possible.Thank you
