Civil Rights Violation?

I am a Male Correctional Officer that works in an Indiana State Female prison. They have decided to change the percentage of the workforce to 60% Female and 40% males. I have worked there for nearly 5 years and have seen more female correctional officers fired for inappropriate relationships with inmates than males. Does this violate the Civil Rights Act or EEOC? They have went to only hiring females and plan on transfering the males to other facilities which are too far away for me to drive!
