Hi there! My name is Mary Ann, i am 4 months pregnant right now and unfortunately when my boyfriend got to know the news, He left without a word. He just left me hanging. I've decided to file a case against him but i don't know what possible case would i file... And also, i want him to support our child even if we're bot together.. What would I do?

We are a US focused law forum. We know nothing about the laws in the PI.
If you were in the US, there's nothing you could do until the baby is born, a paternity test completed, and the man is proven to be the father.
After that happens, you could seek a court order to make the unmarried man pay support.
But, the US and the PI aren't all that much alike.
