What should a person do that was sent to court for an increase in child support but the information that was provided to the judge and child support case worker was incorrect? The way the child support caseworker got the information was from a person going to the other person house and taking a check stub that was with overtime hours on it without the other person knowledge. Even the name of the company which the other person work at is incorrect on the child support documents. So could you please provide me with some legal advice on how to handle this and the legal steps that need to be taken.
