The father of my two children got hurt on the job and is getting a settlement from his injuries. His lawyer said it's over $76,000. That is how much he owes in child support. When he goes to court, people from child support will be there to get the money. I have custody of the children. A judge filed child support papers against him back in 1992. Will my children and I get anything from the money that the child support people will receive?
