my ex took me to court to start claiming my son on income taxes. judge gave him every other year but raised his child support. he just got the child support lowered, do i have to go back to court to have the every other year income tax changed

Why was support lowered and what are your grounds to change tax order?

I was claiming child every year and the ex was paying 133 a month CP. The ex took me to court to start claiming child, so the judge said ex could claim child every other year, but bumped the CP up to 336 a month. just got a notice saying CP was getting knocked back down to 124 a month due to income change by ex, should the ex still get to claim child every other year?
