I left my daughters father about a month and a half ago. To this day he has only had her mayber 3 days the whole time and hasn't helped me pay anything. He swears up and down he will and no to file for child support but when i ask him to get her diapers or anything for her he always says he is broke. So is it best that i file for child support or should i just wait and see what he does?
