Hello, I wanted to know what are the grounds for child support modification in the state of Hawaii? Me and my husband just recently married in the year of 2014 and I just found out that I am 2 months pregnant with our baby. The issue is that my husband owes child support to his ex-wife who now lives in Florida with their twin boys. It is a substantial amount of his current income. I'm worried that once our baby is born that we will not be able to have the financial support we need for our growing family because of his current owing in child support to his ex-wife. Will we be able to get a modification on the amount he owes in child support once our child is born?
