Child support, I'm not the Dad (conceived before I meet my wife)

Hello Folks

Long story made short.

I meet my wife the end of the fall in 07

Found out she was pregnant a few days before the Jan. 01 08.

I married my wife so she would have proper health care Jan 14 08

Found out in February that the child might not be mine (but I stuck with her anyways).

Baby was born Aug 14 08

I submitted the blood work for Paternity the day of her birth.

Found out 3 weeks later that the Baby is not mine.

I have tried to coop with issue but want to file for divorce/annulment.

Could I be stuck paying support for this child that is not mine?

Yes it is...

However I found out today that I can petition to have it removed if I have legal proff and I do. However I have no idea how long that would take (court speaking wise).

You need to see an attorney to make sure this gets done right because if you were married to her at the time of birth, you are the legal father unless this gets properly disputed. did you get the DNA test through the courts? You have a very short time frame to dispute this, please talk to an attorney to make sure the proper paperwork and motions get filed so you can legally dispute paternity and have your name removed. you might be able to google the info by your state.
