My daughter will be 18 in Feb, my divorce decree states child support to age 20 if going to college, she will be going out of state for college and college will be paid in full by the Chippawa Tribe which I am the band member. I know a new law passed in Minnesota for child support, so I don't know if that would be something to look into or if I can have the child support lessened since she won't be at home for college.
