So what my ? is what are my rights as a dad, we did a DNA test and I am the kids dad I pay child support but I don't get to see her....my ex's last statement to me was "you will never see your daughter again!!!" what can I do?

If things are as you say, you can go back to court and ask the court to issue a custody order.

This order will set forth the custody arrangements, as regards your child.

It will create a schedule as to when who gets the child and for how long.

Parents have a fundamental right to see their child(ren).

Speak with a lawyer and get things moving, so you can eventually spend time with your daughter.

The court accepts your money for child support, so the court knows (or can find out) where your child lives.

If you pay child support you should know where the child is? Why havent you filed a visitation request with the courts? A simple people search or a parent locator will be able to find her, or if you have a case with the child support enforcement contact them and see if they can give you her adsress. Do something now if you want to see your child. Do not let this woman dictate your life and if you will have a relationship with your child. You are entitled to visits and a relationship.
