Here's the short story:

My ex got re-married a few years ago and recently moved my children out of state. I didnt find out about the move until after the deal was done and the house was bought. My son was living with me and my daughter with her mom. My son decided to move back in with his Mom (guess the new house did it!) and that was that! So here is my question: Should I still pay the child support? Our divorce papers state that neither parent shall remove the children out of state without written permission from the other parent. I DID NOT give permission. I have been paying support for over 12 years and there are only a few years to go. Should I stir the pot or just freeze the amount I pay. I dont plan on giving any more increases because of this anyway. I also don't want to give my rights away by not acting on this neither!

I hope someone has some insight! Thanks!!
