Who would I report a cps investigator to for telling me who gave me the papers with the person who reported me to cps? Her supervisor won't return my calls. And can cps take my kids from me if I fail a drug test if my children do not live with me?

Who are you trying to report and for what reason? Why do you feel the need to report whatever it is? Yes, if you fail a drug test during the course of an investigation you can lose access to your children. Why would you think otherwise?
