chil support

i live in rhode island. i'm paying child support at present, all current.
my child will be 18 next month. do i have to go to court to end it or is it automaticily ended when my child turns 18 yrs. of age?

In Rhode Island, you will have to file a motion to terminate the child support order. You can file it now as long as your child has graduated high school.
