Change in childrens residence

My son, 17, has decided to live with me. My divorce was out of NY and I live in CT. I am will be paying off rears end of month. What can I do in regards to child support? His mother has agreed to the change but does not want to change support. My daughter 13 wil be staying in NY with her mother.

You need to file for an official custody change, and to stop child support on him. That is the only way you will get out of paying. You are already in arrears, don't get yoursefl behind again when you are caught up. CS needs to be lowered by the courts.
