presently work at a non-profit, do the same job as my co-workers. hired before present staff and make at least 10,000 or more less than they do.
 
And we don't know about the problem. You make less money - why? Are they all of a different race but have the same qualifications and position? Is there a valid reason why they make more money than you do, e.g. sudden shortage of labor in an area of expertise? Unless you can prove that a salary disparity is due to reasons of race, religion, gender, age, disability or other reason that violates your civil rights, you would not have a case to sue the employer for discrimination.
