Recently divorced and part of the settlement was that he keeps his leased car and I keep my leased Van. The paper work for the van( Registration renewal, Emissions testing ect..) goes to the lease company then to my ex husbands address. The problem is that he does not give me the paper work and I get pulled over for not having updated regisration, or I get a letter in the mail for not getting my emissions tested. The leasing company will not even talk to me because the lease is in his name. Please help me....What can I do and how do I do it.
