All the vehicles are in her name, If I ever leave can she report the vehicle stolen?

If you take the vehicle, that is a real possibility.

Are you married? if so, then you can petition for separation or divorce and ask for one or more of the vehicles. If you are NOT married, and you do not own the vehicle and take it without her permission, then you can possibly be charged with auto theft.

Okay ... to be specific, it would be Auto Theft pursuant to federal UCR reporting and NCIC terminology (and common language terminology even in TN) and would technically be theft of property per 39-14-103 and is probably somewhere between a C and E felony.

Still, taking the car could be charged as theft of an auto.
