Can my EX keep my kids from seeing me with out court order. Im tring to see my kids as often as possible and she keeps them from me. WE both have a case filed in court but no date set as of yet.

Make your case in court.
As far as her keeping you from them, she's doing it, so there's your answer.
Only a judge has the ability to issue orders.
Even then, you can't be forced to obey.
All the judge can do is fine you, or lock you up in jail.
Be nice and negotiate.
