I have some intimate photos of my ex-wife. In the divorce settlement it specificlly says that I have "sole ownership and possession including but not limited to electronics, CD's videos," etc.. My ex- was fully aware that this included the CD with the pictures and signed off on the settlement without complaint. If I decide to share these pictures, can she hold me liable?

Just curious....

I have a friend that's a photographer and even though he 'owns' the pictures (negatives) he legally can't share them with anyone without a signed models release. Wouldn't this fall under that same rule?
