Can I take my kids on vacation

I have sole legal custody of my 3 minor children, I want to know if I am legally able to take them on vacation out of state? My ex has supervised visits. My divorce papers say I cannot move outside 100 miles without permission, but we are not moving just visiting family.

What does your custody agreement say? If it means your ex will miss his visit and he objects, then no, you can not.

I suggest you take all of these questions back to your attorney.

If you didn't have an attorney, simply visit a couple in your county.
The initial visit is normally offered free of charge.
You can take your documents and ask your questions.
If you get the wrong answer from an internet forum, trust me, the judge and your former spouse won't let that make it easier for you.
