If I sign a Mutual General Releaseof All Claims, I will be given a months salary. I want to know after signing, can I write a letter to the Leadership Committee re: the CEO's personal use of the company's credit card. It states, "Each party to this Agreement hereby warrants that they have not and will not initiate, cause to be initiated, or futher pursue any action proceeding pertaining to or concerning the conduct of any party to this agreement, and/or their past, present and/or future principals, agents, employees,...which arises out of or relates, in whole or in part, to any Claim, demand, cause of action, chose in action m or matter covered by the waivers and releases of such parties set forth above."
