can I go back as a temp

I was goes for going alegit complaint in a sup I want to go back there say temp is been four yrs but the she Hr guy still there tells me no I can never work there again. Is this true?

It is entirely up to the company involved.

Nothing in the law says they can't hire you back as a temp (or at all). Nothing in the law says they must hire you back as a temp (or at all).

There is no law you can invoke that will force them to hire you back, if that is what you are looking for.

Yes, it's true. It's employer's decision. They don't have to hire you back just like you don't have to go back if they offered you a job.
