can i get a divorce without him signing?

He left me Oct of 2006, but came back two times for a month (give or take) then left for good in may of 2007 and moved in with his girlfriend. he moved back as just a place to sleep 2 months ago. can i throw him out and file for divorce and get one without him signing? he don't get any mail here and his drivers license is not here. he only has his clothes here. everything else is still at her house. he says he isn't leaving and not going to sign the papers. my mother owns and lives in the house with us and there is no lease.
