can I file abandonment in Florida for my kid's absent dad?

Hi I live in FL and my twins' father has not been around for about two years. When he is around it is in and out of their lives. I have full custody of them both but I wanted to know if I can file for abandonment? I have no idea where he is.Thanks, Tiffany
