Can a DWI affect my job?

I just got a DWI stop in New Jersey. I work in New Jersey at a place with like 200 employees. They don't know anything. I don't think I have to tell them anything because it's my private life. Can they fire me if they find out about my DWI? I think that they put pictures online and what worries me is that I wasn't found guilty of this bogus charge and I think I might be searchable in Google and other places.

You can be terminated just because your boss wants to terminate someone on a day if the week ending in the letter "Y".

You're innocent until convicted or you plead guilty.
At the moment, the best thing you can do is make no comment about the entire matter.

Unless a DWI directly relates to your job function I would not expect any impact.

They might not find out. If they do, they still might not fire you but they legally can. They "probably" wouldn't (depends on employer though) unless you drive as part of your job.

WILL a DWI affect your job? Impossible to say for sure but not likely.
