I have a friend who works for an indian casino and they are firing employees who have homes in foreclosure. Is this legal? And how can the casino find out this personal information and then use it against their workers? This seems like some form of discrimination. At the very least, it's a pretty low thing to do. Any legal insight to this? Thanks.
