Business Contracts business partnership agreement

how would each of three people be referred to after two provide finance to the third person to run a business with same person being director and the financiers don't want to b part of the administrative operation of the business? we want the reference of each person in the event of drafting a simple agreement.

You're looking to establish a partnership arrangement. Don't give anyone money, as investors, unless you ALL go to a lawyer and have him or her create a partnership agreement. If you try to do it any other way, you'll get screwed.
