My friend is employed at a tanning salon. she was suppose to work the other day and she thought she had to work from 1-6. later she was notified that she was suppose to work at 8-1. the manager at the tanning salon and the owner thought it would be appropriate to inform her that if she didn't clean the manager's appartment, she would lose her job. is there any legal action that could be taken here??
